Overall Satisfaction with Buffer
We currently use buffer to schedule and automate our social media posts. It's used by our Marketing, HR and Corporate Communication departments. It helps us manage our content calendar for all our social media pages with one easy-to-use dashboard. The analytics feature also helps us understand what kind of content works and what doesn't work.

Both Hootsuite and Buffer are excellent tools but they both target different users. If you're an individual user, small firm, or non-profit and you want to simplify your social media challenges, then Buffer is likely your best option. Hootsuite on the other hand is more likely to be used by bigger companies who want more integration and tools and are willing to pay a premium for them. We selected Buffer after comparing its capabilities and cost and came to the conclusion that it was the best for our requirements.
