Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ is currently being used across the entire go-to-market team here at Leanplum. Up and running as of this past fiscal quarter, it is being used to implement and consolidate various commission plans into one place with both transparency and detailed looks into each contributor's payouts. It has solved the issue of having siloed spreadsheets for each team tracking payouts at the end of each quarter that would more often than not lead to confusion and frustration when mistakes with payouts would occur.

It has been extremely useful for payment tracking across sales organizations and would do well in any environment where there are multiple teams contributing to the quarter by quarter or YoY number in various ways. Maybe less suited to those whose performance is tracked in less tangible metrics but I do not have insight into their payment plans so I am unsure of its potential usefulness.
