CaptivateIQ is currently being used across the entire go-to-market team here at Leanplum. Up and running as of this past fiscal quarter, it is being used to implement and consolidate various commission plans into one place with both transparency and detailed looks into each contributor's payouts. It has solved the issue of having siloed spreadsheets for each team tracking payouts at the end of each quarter that would more often than not lead to confusion and frustration when mistakes with payouts would occur.
