Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

My favorite thing about CaptivateIQ is that it transformed my experience with an understanding of numbers. I highly recommend it for teams because it makes communication easier and simpler for employees. Communication and support of the CaptivateIQ team are good as well.
It is being used mainly by the Sales team to have a better visualization of our commissions. Before, we always asked the finance team to have a better understanding, and now we save so much time and effort.

The problem was the decentralization of information, this way all employees have one place to search for info. So for us, the scenario where the software was most useful was regarding the presence of information in only one place. Imagine that every time you need to know about your commission, instead of asking someone and waiting for the response you can only enter your account and see. The end-of-month notification on email is very good as well.
