Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

Being used for sales account executives to track and view our commission statements. It is very helpful to see this in advance of the commission hitting our bank accounts, so we can notify finance of any errors. It's also great to see accelerators calculated and track an itemized deal state per commission payout.

Cons

  • Possibly integrate with Salesforce
  • Be able to dispute missing deals to finance directly via CaptivateIQ
  • Include Salary payout in addition to commission
  • Itemized Deal Record, how much paid for each deal
  • Updates in near real time
  • How each statement is prepared...very easy to digest and understand
  • Positive impact for reps, transparency around our commission structure
  • Motivates reps / increases productivity
  • More efficient/automated than traditional commission tracking

Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud)
VERY well suited for anyone in an individual contributor role that carries quota. Especially helpful if you are in accelerators (which are historically prone to errors when paid out) to ensure all deals are captured at the appropriate accelerator %.
