Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ is a commission reporting tool for sales. We use it to showcase our commission report. We have a pretty complex comp model, like most SaaS orgs and it does a great job in keeping commissions simple and easy to understand. We can even ask our controller questions directly from the report, which is super helpful.

CaptivateIQ's reporting tool is so much easier to view and navigate from a sales perspective. Xactly is very clunky and difficult to navigate. CaptivateIQ's provides a great option to communicate with compensation agents directly, though it's Inquiry tool. I appreciate how I can also export all my reports via CSV.

CaptivateIQ is a great platform to consider when the commission compensation model is complex. It does a great job with integrating with Salesforce, so if you use Salesforce, you should definitely consider CaptivateIQ. It takes each sale and breaks down multiple commission rates, which is super helpful for sales to see and view.
