Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Captivate IQ to calculate commissions for our Sales Reps. It has entirely automated our commissions process and gotten us out of using Excel. We can now get the commissions statements into our reps' hands within a business day.

Xactly Commission Expense Accounting (CEA)

Xactly wasn't able to even finish our setup, whereas CIQ finished our setup in a month b/c their system was so much easier to use. With Xactly we had to purchase PS hours anytime any change was needed, I am able to update CIQ myself.
