Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

It's being used by the CS team to track quarterly payouts. It's a great system and very easy to use.

  • Easy to address issues if any arise

  • I don't see any room for improvement at this time

It's great to track quarterly payouts and progress. The visuals are nice and easy to understand. It's also easy to download statements to see the exact details of each quarter.
