Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ is being used by our Sales Team in order to track commissions and manage employee expectations. Our organization has one of the most complex commissions structures with various tiers and measures. CaptivateIQ's ability to set simple parameters to calculate commissions has streamlined our process. In addition, the systems simple approach makes it easy to adjust/realign the parameters. CaptivateIQ has eliminated our usage of excel and manual inputs. CaptivateIQ's automation process makes it easy for our organization to focus on a proactive approach as oppose to a reactive. CaptivateIQ's automation removes a multiple levels of input with its automation process giving us the time to focus on the source data from Sales Force. The source data flows into CaptivateIQ the system then calculates commissions and our organization reviews he results. The biggest value is added to employees with the UI, the employee UI outlines potential, earned and paid out commissions. Employees receive detailed pay statements and are allowed to

CaptivateIQ hand down is more robust in its approach and flexibility. The system provides a simple process flow which is adjustable without any complex or multi tier approach. CaptivateIQ gives the admin/owner complete control of the system with extreme customer support. The employee UI is simple and easy to understand, CaptivateIQ made sure to not overburden the EE UI with unnecessary features.
