Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

My organization uses CaptivateIQ to give everyone on the revenue team an opportunity to view their commissions/accelerators in a quick and easy way. It's used across the whole revenue organization and addresses the issue related to budgeting and visibility so I'm not having to constantly refer to my commission plan.

  • If there was a way to easily add a visual with the main quota's, accelerators, incentives from my comp plan and track progress to those goals that'd be a nice feature

I have only used CaptivateIQ, I have not used a competitor, however before using CaptivateIQ the process of flagging errors or inconsistencies of my commission check was completely manual and took forever to be addressed. CaptivateIQ has made an amazing impact personally and if given the choice I would continue using it at every company I work for.

It would be very appropriate for any person in a revenue org, maybe not as much on a Product, Marketing or Engineering side where you aren't as commission heavy as sales are, but I could be mistaken there. Companies more than 100 people definitely need to provide their employees with a tool like CaptivateIQ
