Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
CIQ is a one-stop shop to house all of our commission plan documentation as well as allows me to build all the logic to automatically calculate commissions each month, track attainment, and build useful reports and dashboards. We have 14 different types of plans spanning 50+ commissionable employees so this tool is a must-have for us.
- It is highly customizable to be able to create logic for all different types of commission plans.
- Statement Designer is so sleek, and end users love it.
- Provides exceptional support for their tool.
- Fantastic and frequent webinars and communication of product updates and launches.
- Creating reports and dashboards as an admin due to where the data is pulled from.
- Historical reporting functionality based on data storage.
- Standard Payout Date renamed to commissions earned date.
- Bandwidth has increased significantly since I no longer needed to calculate commissions in Excel.
- Increased trust of reps through details on their statements.
- Audit trail for questions relating to statements.
- Repository and great checks and balances for all signed commission plans.
CIQ is better in every way than Excel! CIQ logic is very similar to formulas in Excel, so it's an easy transition to the tool. Once the logic is built, it is simply a click of a button to process the payouts, saving hours and hours of manual work.
