Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
We are currently working with Celonis to develop a strategy that will allow our team to find noncompliance to our policies. The tool will allow us to identify departments that consistently operate outside of approved procedures. This will give us the ability to retrain staff that will, in turn, reduce risk and improve cash flow and performance within the business.
The bonus for us is that we will also be able to view traditional vendor spend, but have a granular focus on any areas of risk from using incorrect vendors to not following good procurement practices.

- Provides detailed review of documents flowing through every stage of our process.
- Ability to precisely identify bottle necks in a process.
- Exposes non compliant behaviors.
- Celonis can be a little hard to understand due to the sheer volume of data points it exposes.
- Give a better description of some of the elements shown in visualizations.
- Provide better ways to show tabulated/pivoted data.
- Implementation still being worked on.
