Chorus.ai is used to record Zoom conferences held with prospects and customers. These conference recordings are used in many different ways. They are used by sales to review previous calls with the prospect and share with new individuals who will be involved with the deal. They are also used for training purposes for new hires and new product training. Chorus.ai is used by Customer Success to record conferences to ensure that all details are captured for the project and used for review throughout the project.
- Easy to use.
- Easy to add to a conference.
- Easy to scrub through a call and view the transcript.
- Playlists are ok but lacking in many features.
- The UI has improved but still not great.
- As an SE, it's difficult to find my calls. They are always tagged as the AE's call even though I was a key party.
- Decreased the sales cycle.
- Reduced number of mistakes made in key projects due to miscommunication.
- Increased training speed on new and existing products for new hires and senior employees.
We typically use Chorus.ai with Zoom but we can still add to other conferences such as Microsoft Teams when the prospect or customer needs to use theirs.
We use the Playlists feature to compile excellent demo examples around key use cases, products, and features to use for new hire trainings and practice on existing products.
I have never had any issues with Chorus.ai so I haven't needed to work with their support team.
