We use Chorus.ai for recorded conversations with clients. It helps us review what we did good and what we need improvement on. With Chorus.ai it will auto log areas that need addressing in the future and give us easy access to coach and follow up on how the call went. It does a great job of picking up on follow up questions, and saving those on a dashboard for review. I personally use it to review a call in case I need to go back to the call and remember specific areas that we discussed. I would definitely recommend Chorus.ai to any organization

  • I like how it will let you sent snipits and small sections of the call without having to review the whole thing
  • I think it does a good job and can't think of something I would change
  • It reduces he said she said scenarios
  • Holds the customer or the sales rep accountable for discussions on the call
  • Great hand off review for the next department to onboard the client
I have not been part of this end of things, but I do know that my boss will make notes right inside Chorus.ai and it will email me the exact time stamp for where he made comments for me to go back and review. This makes a very good transparent communication between all departments
We have not used any automated recording programs up to this point. We looked into what Chorus.ai has to offer and how it integrates with all our products and decided it was a great fit for out company.
I don't have anything unexpected because I am in the sales department. It has worked out just fine for what I do.

We use Chorus.ai for tracking video and audio conference calls. It integrates with Zoom and Salesforce so it makes it easy to auto load. It is always there when I start my meeting. I also love how it will email a follow up email for quick review, that way you don't have to have your saved username and password, you just click the link and it takes you right to the correct call
