Overall Satisfaction with Chorus.ai

  • Call Review
  • Coaching & Skill Development
  • New Hire Onboarding
  • Handoffs & Collaboration / Knowledge Sharing
I am not aware if Chorus.ai is being used across the whole organization - to my knowledge, it is only used within the sales team. We primarily use Chorus.ai for its call & meeting recording capabilities. It is a good learning tool when onboarding new folks who can have access to a library of their peers' recordings - both successful and unsuccessful. Having the knowledge that your meeting is being recorded with Chorus.ai allows the conversation to happen much more naturally. There is no need to pause to write or type notes, because you can always go back and listen to the recording or use the call transcript feature that Chorus.ai provides. Chorus.ai makes handing off prospects or customers to the next person in the sales cycle, because everyone has access to the recordings and transcripts.
  • Great recording quality
  • Records the entire meeting, not just audio. Shows screen sharing & chats that occured
  • Notifications
  • Better Transcripts - some of the words and paragraphs aren't captured correctly, and sometimes end up not making sense
  • Chorus.ai doesn't always automatically join the meetings I am expecting it to
  • I sometimes have difficulty accessing peer recordings
  • Reduced ramp time for new reps
  • Quantifiable coaching results
  • Improved documentation across all tools
I am not a sales leader or a sales enablement professional, so this is not applicable to my role. I do know that our sales leadership has put together playlists of successful calls for onboarding.
Chorus.ai fits nicely into our existing tech stack because once your settings are complete, there is not much else you have to do. Chorus.ai integrates with all of our tools nicely. As long as you have your email settings correct in chorus, the tool will automatically join all of your zoom meetings and record, then send an email shortly thereafter with transcription notes and an analysis of the next steps.
An unexpected benefit of using Chorus.ai has been having the ability to share call recordings with our prospects & customers, not just internally. Our meetings cover a lot of information - having the ability to share our presentations with prospects who can then share them with their leaders & stakeholders is a game changer. We no longer need to be live & in front of decision-makers - we can get in the door with lower-level champions & then they can share up the chain to reach a decision faster.
I personally do not have any experience working with the Chorus.ai customer support team. I was actually unaware of the knowledgebase, free training resources, and onboarding support that Chorus.ai provides, but will take another look as these sound beneficial to my growing team.
Chorus.ai stacks up against Salesloft, Zoom, and Aircall because none of these tools provide a way to analyze what occurred during the meeting or create a transcript that prevents you from having to take notes.

Do you think Chorus by ZoomInfo delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Chorus by ZoomInfo's feature set?

Yes

Did Chorus by ZoomInfo live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Chorus by ZoomInfo go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Chorus by ZoomInfo again?

Yes

Chorus.ai is well suited for situations like discovery calls, technical scoping calls, or basically any meeting that should be recorded and accessed in the future. Chorus.ai is not well suited for customers or companies that are big on security and do not like being recorded - however, the option for them to opt-out of call recording at the beginning of the call is a nice feature.
