I use the snip tool a lot to send snippets of meetings to my colleagues when I feel there is something valuable for them to listen to from a recorded call but not waste their time having to listen to the entire call. The playlists feature is also great and makes it easier to search for specific types of calls.
It's a great tool to help onboard new hires and review discussed conversations. It's very helpful to have Chorus.ai to fall back on when the team is questioning something that was discussed on a call and can easily grab snippets of conversations to show what was actually said during meetings.
We have used Chorus.ai to share snippets of client praise for members on our team. It's a great way for us to show team recognition internally and call out colleagues who have done a great job on various projects. It's great to be able to hear client feedback directly from the client through the Chorus.ai recordings.
I have not had the need to work much with the Chorus.ai customer support team since I have not ran into any issues using Chorus.ai. It really does help though to have a strong customer support team on the Chorus.ai side that my company knows we can reach out to when needed.

Chorus.ai has been a great training tool for new hires at our company to review how to conduct client calls before they are put in front of the client. They are able to listen to potential roadblocks that may come up during client calls and hear examples of how people handle those situations.
