Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Calling

We have a client that uses Cisco Webex Calling and we regularly participate on the calls using this service. We use the service to meet and collaborate on a regular basis.
  • Allows the team to meet without having to be in the same place.
  • A great tool to share and update content live with the team. Allows for real time collaboration.
  • Video service is great and allows us to personally interact.
  • Sometimes there are issues logging on with Chrome and Safari.
  • I don't often join via the mobile app but I don't believe there is an option to share anything when on a mobile device.
  • Occasional issues with the link not working properly to join meetings.
  • Keeps the team on track regardless of size.
  • Sharing and collaborating online and in real time allows us to help meet all deliverables.
  • A communication tool that is invaluable. Being able to meet, review and be at one place all at once allows for us to be a productive team.
I have not had the need to work with the support team. However, I have had little issues that I need support with.
The only issue is the browser, but that is simply fixed by selecting another browser.

Both GlobalMeet and Cisco Webex work well for online collaborating and meetings. Similar services and similar difficulties. Great for meeting in the same room from afar. Occasional glitches with browsers but easily rectified.
The ability to schedule, collaborate and have real time feedback is invaluable. The software both work extremely well.
The video and audio conferencing works very well. The sound and video quality are great. This is a great way to meet as a team while not being in the same location. We use it to collaborate and make real time updates.
Allows for instant feedback. We have also used Webex for training purposes.

It's also great that you can record and play back any session.
