Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

We use it for meetings and remote collaboration, especially sharing content in meetings.

  • collaboration is the key feature that enable users to work together and be able to reach instantly other colleagues

Cisco Webex has robust security.
We haven't seen any outage or issue that can impact our operation ; users are able to access the service without issue.
Webex is very scalable and easy to expand instantly to users in all regions and departments.
so far integration with other applications is perfect ; there is no impact on other tools with the integration in fact there is more benefits to user experience.
we were able to perform all the necessary features for our collaboration without issue
It is a great tool and doesn't require a lot to implement or use.

Cisco Webex Experience

We have seen the benefit of these features as users are very happy with the quality and the experience
We don't have any other collaboration tool from cisco
I think Cisco has been very in top with security and interoperability in Webex for a long time
