WebEx Meetings is used by our sales team for various purposes like training within the team, system dumps collection from customers, presentation to customers when traveling and, vendor system demos for feature capability. It helps us to have all the stakeholders in one meeting to talk face to face with no one required to travel, so the PAN India team can discuss different solutions and share views in one go.

We didn't had to make a note of important discussion happening and loosing our concentration to jot down the points while on a important discussion.Now after the meeting we take the transcripts and share the Minutes with Ease. Even it help to note as who said what and use it to record so that the next meeting doesn't start with summering the last discussion for who were absent on the call.
This reduces lot of manual work we used to do earlier during any meeting.

We do lot of Annotation and white boarding on webex since now we are all working from home and earlier we used to do this in the board room. We do discuss a lot of new ideas and share it with ease. File sharing to multiple people becomes easy with Teams being part of the Webex meeting.
For any technical issue troubleshooting has become easy with pulling many ppl on call and sharing document or solution with ease.

Hosting a meeting itself is so easy with webex meeting and then the addition of private room where we can have a group created within the meeting to discuss their own topic and since it doesn't get recorded it's more private then normal meeting.
We can join in through any device whether it be mobile or the Laptop and no change in experience all the same.This gives more comfort to join any meeting at any time and at any hour of the day.

It all depends on the usage and experience.Product which gives multiple features in one with seamless transition without much to think as how to use it then that makes usability faster and quick decision making too.
