Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
We use this tool to hold meetings with our business partners, our suppliers and customers. We answer their questions and resolve our questions about a project. We have always had this great tool in the hands of all our employees, which they also use to support their customers.

My experience with Cisco Webex customer support has been very good, they have a better response time than expected in any situation that we place them. Such as, reviewing devices remotely, whether by a conference, RMA, providing simple solutions for any client, or covering some need in a boardroom or an office.
More executive-level people use Webex for their meetings with customers and suppliers. As does engineering personnel to have meetings with clients or collaborators to clarify any doubts about a project or a requirement to be met. Everyone is satisfied with its implementation in the company.

In these moments that we are going through a pantemia and all our meetings are through Webex Meeting, we have to capture all our ideas and demonstrate them to all the guests.
Cisco Webex training, to be able to generate small groups within our meetings, to touch on specific topics and then share them with the rest of the guests.
All the meetings that I have generated have been in a safe way, I do not worry that some unwanted person enters our meetings or that information that we handle is disseminated.
