Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

We use this tool to hold meetings with our business partners, our suppliers and customers. We answer their questions and resolve our questions about a project. We have always had this great tool in the hands of all our employees, which they also use to support their customers.

My experience with Cisco Webex customer support has been very good, they have a better response time than expected in any situation that we place them. Such as, reviewing devices remotely, whether by a conference, RMA, providing simple solutions for any client, or covering some need in a boardroom or an office.
More executive-level people use Webex for their meetings with customers and suppliers. As does engineering personnel to have meetings with clients or collaborators to clarify any doubts about a project or a requirement to be met. Everyone is satisfied with its implementation in the company.

The adequate use of this tool is for quick meetings with many members, so that we have all the important or desired staff at the meetings and so that we are all aware of all the points of a project. The bad thing is, often, when it is implemented in a large boardroom, the microphones are not enough; you have to make connections with third parties to cover that point.

Using Cisco Webex Meetings

25 - Las funciones del personal que ocupa la herramienta de WebEx son comerciales, cuestiones ejecutivas y de ingeniería. Todo esto para tener un acercamiento con el cliente y proveedores para aclarar cualquier duda de algún tema especifico con varias personas interesadas, pudiendo grabar esta reunión y compartirla luego para alguna aclaración.
3 - Los ingeniero que se encargar de administrar y dar soporte, son personas con conocimiento en redes, cuentan con CCNA Switching & Routing, asi como están tomando certificaciones de colaboración.
