Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Our entire company uses ClickUp as a project management tool. Recently, we have started centralizing all our documents and data within this tool, as it allows for it, and that saves us tremendous time and effort. It's a very robust project management tool, suited for various businesses and project management styles. Our company is using SCRUM methodology, and ClickUp offers everything we need to do it effectively, without being too complicated like Jira.
- Different spaces for different sections of business.
- Task organizations and levels of tasks are all customizable.
- Time tracking isn't the greatest. It works, but definitely needs improvement.
- There's currently no option to add a subtask to a subtask, which we often need.
- It helped us become more efficient, thus saving our overall operating cost.
- We managed to centralize all procedures, documents, and project-related info within it, so it saves us a lot of time that we used to spend trying to find information.
ClickUp is by far the best choice when compared to TeamWork or Basecamp. Basecamp is pretty basic, but it's ok if you're just starting out. TeamWork was our tool of choice before we discovered ClickUp, and the difference is incredible. ClickUp has much better task management options, different ways of monitoring tasks, board and box views, and even the workload calculator that shows you exactly how much your team has on their plates. This last feature was a game-changer for us.
