Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
ClickUp allows us to post all communications between all areas of our company in one central place. It makes it easy and convenient to get notifications and maintain schedules, routes, and deliveries for our company. I personally use it to track time off requests, drivers' schedules, and customers needing refunds.

It has improved our communication between areas of our business and made it easier to track and monitor projects. It allows for all managers to collaborate and share information easily and in real-time. It lets us update critical information quickly and permits employees to access that information whenever they need it.
I did not research or choose which program to use, it was established when I began working for Snowville.
