Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My colleagues and our leadership have tried to implement ClickUp as a project management and product roadmap tool but their attempts have been unsuccessful. Only some folks in my organization use it - and I use it daily as task management and note-taking organization and workflow tool.

There's a lot going on visually - maybe simplify the screen and let users add on as needed.

My peers find it hard to grasp because each user has different organization styles so it's not exactly a one-size-fits-all solution. Personally, I was given a brief overview of what it could do in terms of organization and customization and I took off with it. We have tried using it to manage Projects, but people were unaware of how to use it so it just went untouched and we used Google Docs. We have also tried using it for Product Roadmaps but the same problem occurred: People didn't know how to use it and wouldn't take the time to learn, so we are continuing to use Trello.

I see the value in Clickup even if others don't
