Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Project management and incident tracking ClickUp is helping to coordinate between teams.
Pros
- Tracking of project status and assignments.
- Incident tracking and coordination.
- Internal and external team communication on tasks.
Cons
- It would be great to be able to clone and link tasks and have them both auto update.
- Auto refresh. A lot of times we add a task and have to force a refresh to see it.
- Increase inter-team collaboration and communication.
- We don't track time but less time going elsewhere for info.
Much better brainstorming an incident. All data in one place and we can assign sub-tasks with dues dates.
We can get rid of OneNote and Zendesk and have all data in one location. We are also using it for meeting notes.
