Confidence to Work With Freelancers

I use ClickUp to communicate with the 2 freelancers that support me in my business, saving time on calls and allowing each of us to collaborate effectively. I use both the tasks and documents features extensively for content planning, client management, podcast planning, and scheduling and use the click apps and integrate with zapier to ensure when clients join a program or book a call tasks are created.

My collaboration has been perfect, even when I don't have meetings or calls with my team we're able to update ClickUp to share everything we need. They've been able to understand my thought process, the step-by-step and everything they need to complete the task. Also, long-term projects are easily broken down into smaller steps so I can be sure they are utilizing their allocated hours each month.

I've been able to simplify processes like podcast production by creating templates and automation to ensure everyone gets everything they need when they need it. We don't take any time asking about the status of anything.
