Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
ClickUp has become our core project management software as well as one of our main communication channels for sharing project information and files. The built-in time tracking and associated reporting is also a key feature our business relies on. Extremely flexible templates and dashboards allow us to tailor the setup to our needs. As a software development company, we really appreciate good software with well-designed UX and are glad we found ClickUp.

ClickUp became our primary channel for project-related documentation and communication replacing a few other pieces of software. Its value to our business has increased now that we are predominantly working remotely. Guest user accounts also allowed us to share high-level project planning with clients.
ClickUp allowed us to replace our own custom-built intranet and two other SaaS products we were using.
Time tracking and task management are critical to our project management and ClickUp replaced our own intranet. ClickUp's ability to track comments and project files in the same software replaced our previous usage of Basecamp. Customization options, usability, and interface design led us to choose ClickUp over Monday in our evaluation stage. We still use Slack as our primary IM channel rather than ClickUp chat.
