The Polus company is an IT development and support company. We discovered ClickUp early this year and decided to make the move to it from another big platform after a period of trying it on a live project. ClickUp is perfect for our needs as it makes our projects from the planning stage to completion a breeze. it is quite intuitive and easy to use. I no longer need to dig through countless menus to see what is the state of the projects, clients or tasks. It also helps that ClickUp is separate from other platforms our company uses as it prevents clutter. with ClickUp we can stay on top of everything going on in the organization, from the management to the developers.

ClickUp helped our organization improve collaboration by increasing awareness of what is being done in any given task or project. explaining tasks and concepts as well as conducting debriefs and making presentations between the employees on all levels became faster, more efficient and helped improve communication and save time. the set of tools available helps on all levels allowing planning to be performed in one place before development starts.

We use ClickUp for internal purposes and many tools to communicate and plan with the clients. being able to use the whiteboard, mind map, dashboards and others. saves us time and effort in keeping track of where and what we do with the clients. preventing clutter, confusion, misunderstandings and thus saves us time which we all know equals money.
