Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

HR hiring processes - to ensure we don’t miss anything when onboarding a new contractor.
Sales processes - to ensure the new client gets moved through the onboarding process successfully. We use this in conjunction with HubSpot. It keeps our team on pace with each other so various members involved with HR or Sales can ensure we have a standard process.

Our team is totally virtual so this program has been an essential part of our success. We keep each other on task and work flows smoothly. We can always see each other’s tasks to complete and nudge each other if required! It’s so user-friendly. Can be personalized for user ease.
I have created templates and folders. I love the ease of adding the dates and remapping those each time I use it. I am able to avoid weekends etc. It just ensures each of us is timely completing our tasks. I can program the template to start at any date and it configured the entire list to the start date.

Suited for ensuring nothing in our onboarding process is missed! I can go into the program and see my tasks right away and choose to view them on the board view. I can move them to complete by click and drag. Or you can opt to check off your tasks in the list view. The program offers lots of notification options too. You can get notification as much or as little as you want.

Using ClickUp

It was easy to learn on my own. Great help functions. Just user friendly for anyone. I was able to create templates with ease. Enjoy the simplicity of this project management software and always tell others what we use. Keeps me on track with work as I am in and out of the software all day long!
