Just very comfortable with ClickUp
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to organize areas and their task. It is not something mandatory, so not everyone in the company is involved with the app because they don't know the benefits and potential. If the leader of the area knows how to use it, it is more likely that the rest of the team will use it too.
Pros
- If you've got basic skills with technology, it is really friendly
- You have a lot of options to manage different tasks and projects
- Communication within the app is easy
- The design is nice
Cons
- I want guests to have access to a full space, not just folders or list
- Sometimes I don't understand why fields I create in one space affects other spaces
- Even though the implementation is better, I think we could take more advantage of it.
- We can have guests depending on what the need in projects, and not pay

As I said, we are underusing the tool, we do use the integration with the calendar, and this helps us to organize the schedule, but I know we could prepare better.

Definitely, for me, it was much easier to use ClickUp. It was easy to understand, and I found all the potential and tools. For the other apps, finding out where is what is not easy.
