Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp in our marketing department for project management and collaboration. Prior to using Clickup, we needed an administrative assistant to manually assign projects and subtasks, which was often problematic because she could only do it when she had the availability to do so. Because of that, projects were often delayed. I introduced Clickup to our marketing team because of the automations, so we no longer need to rely on our administrative assistant to assign tasks when her schedule allows. ClickUp does it for us in real time.

- Even though my notification settings are where I want them, I don't seem to be receiving all my notifications. I submitted this as a bug to the Clickup team several weeks ago, and they said they were able to reproduce the issue, but I haven't gotten an update since.
- There is a bug with the templates. The subtasks I created for two of our templates get duplicated within each subtask when a task is created.
- We no longer need an administrative assistant to oversee our project management.
- We have reduced our project turn-around time by 20% since using ClickUp.
- We have fewer meetings and emails because all correspondences are now in one place.
ClickUp has allowed our team to collaborate in real-time without having to set aside time for meetings or typing emails because all our notes and comments are saved and available to each other right in ClickUp. We also love the proofing feature of Clickup, where we can leave granular comments on graphic files.
It's really quite amazing how we can have all our project collaboration and associated documents all in one place with live changes across everything.
Our team used to use Asana, but it didn't have the automation. We switched to ClickUp for the automation so that we could have our tasks updated on the go. With Asana, we had to wait for our administrative assistant to get around to assigning tasks for us. We no longer have to wait because ClickUp does that for us via its automation.
