We use ClickUp for task management, time logging, project management, and customer support ticketing purposes. Whenever we have a project, we can create a space for that; we can create tasks and sub-tasks. We can assign them to the staff. We can set a deadline for it to follow up easily. Staff can easily record their time spent on each task and sub-task. Whenever a customer sends an email to our support email box, ClickUp automatically creates a task for the issue reported.

ClickUp helped a lot to manage projects with team collaboration since it is cloud-based solution. Whenever a staff makes a change on a task, another staff has access to changes immediately which speed up the process. In addition to that, it is very easy to get a report of time logs so that we can easily track the team's performance.
ClickUp integrates with an email so that we integrated our support mail box with it. Whenever a customer reports an issue or asks for support, ClickUp creates a task for that email so that we can easily track support requests. This helps saving labor cost for a staff to be assigned for support mailbox.
