Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We went from "Work is happening somewhere" to "This is where we work." In short, ClickUp centralized various different work streams into one location that fostered collaboration and creativity.

  • Saved hundreds on extra licenses of other PM tools
  • Faster realization of project status updates
  • More efficient work for projects
It is now at the point where if we are discussing anything that is firm-wide, it is in ClickUp. It has become the one place where everyone is and where we can assign work based on discussions without going elsewhere. While it hasn't replaced key software like Microsoft Word, it has made it a place where that tool can be better used.
ClickUp is our single project management tool and collaborative note-taking tool. It has reduced our need for other PM tools. It has robust automation that bring some menial tasks into automatic tasks, freeing up our time to think through a bigger problem and allowing 'heavier' work to be done quicker.

If you need a tool that allows you to do traditional project management, collaborate note taking and task assigning, and tracking of issues/problems/requests. Then ClickUp is your place. Lots of opportunities for cross-team collaboration and work transparency. It is useful for PMOs, OPS, HR, as well as professional services groups.
