Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp in the company to see how tasks are evolving and also to control which tasks we are dealing in a daily basis. We also use the software to make dashboards and insights so we can see how our time are being spent and where we are allocating the team.
Pros

- Makes task distribution a simpler job
- Makes easy to have visibility about the job done
Cons
- Could have more intuitive ways to mark time in tasks
- Share same tasks in different spaces
- Bigger flexibility in layout
- We had a lot of increase in productivity
- We had a lot of increase in collaboration, in a lot of mutual tasks of the team
- We liked so much, that others areas of the company started using as well
ClickUp improved all of our collaboration, including a lot of areas of the company that started using ClickUp. We also used it in a lot of projects that more than 1 area was involved, and was amazing. It also has helped a lot with our communication, just with the possibility of knowing what the other team is doing.
We actually didn't use ClickUp for a lot of automatization in the company for now, so I won't be able to properly respond to the question.

ClickUp stacks up against others because it's a software much more complect than the other competitors, with more functions e usability. We selected ClickUp for a recommendation of one of the team players, and it really was an improvement for all of the company.
