Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
ClickUp is a wonderful project management tool that we use inhouse to manage all product related / incident reporting / sprint management. Best part about clickup is the extremely small learning time if offers and huge value it gives to its users in a very short span of time. Automations and boards are extremely relevant and helps bring down turn around times of all our processes efficiently. Cost effective as well. Totally recommend using ClickUp.

Use of calendars to complete tasks before deadlines is always critical. With ClickUp this is very easy as your deadlines are visible on your calendars along with the tasks so planning your day/week bandwidth is super easy and fast.

Jira's look and feel is very pasé which issues a negative sense of work motivation. Along with it, it is extremely difficult to create automations especially when multiple boards are involved. Clickup excels in all these areas.
For the cost ClickUp comes at, Jira can never beat it. User tracking, management, task and time management, everything is easier on Clickup.
