Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Basically all collaboration and coordination at our company takes place on ClickUp. Some examples of what we use ClickUp for: planning and coordination for production, as well as mechanical, electrical and software development; sprint planning; in-depth technical software coding discussions, thousands of chats: directly only on topic!; sharing of smaller files, maybe necessary just for a task; bug reports and user feedback forms; employee sick leave and vacation requests; milestone definitions, broad product visions; brainstorming sessions. We are working with internal employees as well as external partners (guests don't pay). We started using ClickUp, and immediately everyone got in love it. Such a powerful tool, which greatly improves productivity!
- Sprints
- user forms
- on-topic discussions with task chats
- Integration with SharePoint and linking to cloud storage systems for larger files
- Email answers for guests, directly in tasks
- assign tasks to goals, instead of having to create tasks *in* or *from* the goal
- Provides focus, by visualizing all open tasks, and by tagging and filtering lists
All of the above. Teams and Office365 weren't letting the collaborations flourish.
Some automation of tasks has occurred, but loading of lists can become increasingly slow, if too overloaded with automations.
