ClickUp is extremely useful to most of our teams. Product team organizes sprints and releases, operational departments use it for internal task management; and most importantly it enables us to keep track of clear responsibilities and deadlines. Overall, ClickUp enables us to save time and better allocate resources, reducing manual tasks which can be repetitive.

ClickUp has definitely improved our way of collaborating with each other and is now currently included in our internal process for cross-assignment of tasks. Forms to create tasks have especially made this easier, enabling the receiving team to make sure all the needed details were included. It is also helping track progress of other tasks without having to reach out.
We are still using different apps but that is more to adapt to a different ecosystem and organize teams and OKRs. ClickUp remains our preferred tool for internal task management and external communication.
We are still using both tools, but ClickUp enables us to send external emails and create dashboards based on those. Plus we have managed to integrate ClickUp with our product through API.
