Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

There are multiple use cases of ClickUp in our line of business. For example:

  • Empowering people to perform at a very high level.
  • Customisation and ease of use for a platform that can stand as a single source of truth.
  • Automation, task allocation and reporting at a deep level.
  • Business alignment and collaboration across different timezones and departments.
  • And much more...
The scope of using ClickUp has originally been around the Global Marketing team (around 70 marketers) at the time of deployment; however, given the support and guidance that we've received from the ClickUp support team (thank you again guys!), we've extended its use to the wider Marketing Department in the first 12 months and then we'll review it for further optimisation and another deployment to the rest of the Division. We are really happy, proud and positive about choosing this platform to cover our business needs and we're super excited to see what can be achieved through its power and capacity to make things work whilst its users are happy and satisfied with the work that they're doing. Highly recommend this to any business out there!

The collaboration levels have drastically increased over the course of the first 6 months of deployment in our team. We saw more people owning and taking iniatives, more small projects come to fruition, and more conversations happening regarding the future business needs and goals as well as the role of ClickUp had to play in these. It's worth saying that this new platform impacted the work of all levels at the company by providing the tools and resources we needed to make our work much easier in less time with the same staff and a new mentality to completing tasks and projects.
There are many examples where ClickUp has simplified our operations. To start with, we had many high-performing teams or some individuals working in silos. There were also many cases where data points were into a sea of spreadsheets and documents with restricted access and even hard to find in some cases. And we also had a number of internal and external applications that we had to connect and integrate to make our business a successful one. Thankfully, we managed to face all of these challenges with ClickUp and its powerful software to make things work as we see fit. Automation and workflow customisation are two key features that really made the difference with ClickUp.
We have used and evaluated a number of platforms such as Asana, Trello, Confluence, Jira, Smartsheets and Monday.com. After spending a considerable amount of time reviewing these (we've actually trialed some of them as a business package) and their features, we have made the decision to choose ClickUp for the breadth and quality of features such as automation, notifications, chart views, integrations and customer support amongst others that we thought were really important for our business to scale and grow.

I'd say that every business is well suited to this platform regardless of the industry or size. However, I think it suits more businesses that want to scale fast, collaborate more and report on their projects and goals in a friendly and easy-to-use platform. It might come with additional cost for some features such as monitoring capacity, or access to advanced reporting/ limited people per working space, so this might be something that small business should factor in when they're doing their assessment about the platform. Be that as it may, I personally think it's worth exploring and trialing this software as its business use cases can differ greatly from company to company and can be a huge lever to pull for a company.
