Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

Work flows, task manager, helps ease communication with the rest of the team once a certain task is completed.

Pros

  • Task Manager
  • Prioritizing work
  • Spaces keep work flows organized

Cons

  • notifications - too many notifications, too
  • Many emails seems like I can get emails for every single notification or none at all. I don’t need to be notified that a recurring tasks has been assigned to me for the following month. But I do want to know what tasks are due today.
  • Slack integration seems complicated. I haven’t been able to connect ClickUp with Slack.
  • Spend less time following up with team members to see what tasks are completed
  • Helps keep me on track with due dates for tasks
  • Helps ensure we don’t miss important steps in our payroll cycle.
So far only our department is using ClickUp

A great task manager to use accross your team. Team members can see where you are in your workflow, this can ease communication within the team. I get tasks assigned to me, these tasks are necessary for other team members to complete their tasks. Once done the task I mark it as complete and the other team mates are notified that they can go ahead with their own tasks. we track tasks for payroll cycle, billing and more with ClickUp.
