Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use the tool to manage projects and work flow. We track multiple projects, time on a project and a number of other items to help us identify where projects are and how they pass to various teams. We have also added a helpdesk into the system so ClickUp is managing our tickets as they come in.
Pros
- Project Management
- Notifications
- Goal setting
Cons
- Helpdesk
- Whiteboard
- Load times - with lots of data refreshes are very slow.
- It cut our help desk response and resolution time in half
- Helped us understand where our time was going
- Provided helpful metrics that employees use on individuals
We know were we are in the development process which is very helpful to my team. Being able to access the system and get instant updates on projects without having to meet with the project owner has been helpful and it has reduced the number of informational meetings. It has also allowed the team and the organization to better understand what is on each others plate so we know when we need to go in and provide some support or reallocate tasjs.
Greatly. As we get better at using the system we are finding ways that we can automate some tasks and reduce the amount of typing as much of our communication can be done with a simple template. We have also been able to keep key documents in ClickUp so that everyone has the most current version of the document.
- Asana and Notion
I think it is simpler and allows the team to more effectively use the tool. Because much of what we need is integrated we store a lot of things in ClickUp. We like the storage capacity for our resources. I don't have to design individual pages or databases like in Notion and common things can easily be duplicated for the next project.
