Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We had too many systems that did not talk to each other. And we are an agency and we were only tracking one departments hours and manually having to do work against each client. Our approval process also was not great.

Now everything is a task, everything is in one place, and we have real time oversight into what we are doing

Before we had ClickUp, everything was done in Slack - all communications, reminders, tasks, etc. It was an absolute mess. Our dev team was using Jira but no one else was so anything that needed to be done, did not have a due date or expectation. Now, everything is in one place. We can see what is going on. We can automate and connect. I just had a conversation with someone in ClickUp in the comments because we were both working on a task
I think we had four different official tools and even more unofficial tools. Nothing was connected and everything was getting lost. We needed a way to bring everything together and this has absolutely done that.

ClickUp works great to track all tasks for your team. It really has helped us put into perspective how time is being used without waiting a whole week. We use it as a content calendar and find it very very helpful to organize. We hold documents. We use it to communicate with clients. While time billing is not the best, we use estimated time as the approved time. If a task goes over the estimated time we can figure out why. Again, this is not done by each member of the team. But we still use it
