Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

ClickUp is the heart of our organization. It's how we communicate, it's how we organize clients, tasks, workload. We track our time with ClickUp. You can track time specifically by task to control time management. Our organization uses ClickUp workflows to automate processes, organize calendars, plan content, delegate tasks, and optimize organization.

ClickUp is a tool everyone in our organization uses daily. The few times I've had to contact ClickUp's customer service, they responded quickly and efficiently.
  • ClickUp helps you maximize organization.
  • ClickUp helps you save time. You can automate workflows, delegate tasks within your team.
  • ClickUp is extremely customizable and you can make it fit your organization and goals.
  • We have found ClickUp templates we have created to be glitchy. ClickUp has always worked to resolve these issues though.
  • ClickUp has a learning curve, but it's worth it in the end
  • ClickUp increases team productivity by saving time for our team. It cuts out having to have a third party for communication. You can tag team members in specific tasks for cut out time.
ClickUp supports our team's collaborative efforts in nearly every way. It's so easy to see what everyone is working on at one time, it's easy to tag the team and let them know important updates, and it's easy to brainstorm in one shared place. Our organization loves the white-boarding feature for brainstorming purposes.
By automating workflows in ClickUp, this cuts down on time for our employees and the need to use other productivity apps to manage workflows. For example, using ClickUp, we were able to eliminate two different productivity products, because ClickUp did it all seamlessly.

You are able to create a form to send out to clients, create an automated workflow to put the client in when that client fills out the form, and another automated workflow to tag the appropriate team member when the form is completed. This greatly cuts down on time and resources spent.
ClickUp has a much more clean interface. ClickUp has a learning curve, but I find it easier to organize and navigate. ClickUp has way more diverse functionality and integrations than Trello. We specifically love the white-boarding features, form functionality, Google drive integrations, gmail integrations, automated workflows and so much more.
