Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ClickUp for project and task management. It's a good tool to document and create little workflows without getting too techy. IT helps us to collaborate and assign tasks easily. Other than that, we also use it to track our KPIs either via Dashboards or the Goals function of ClickUp. I also use ClickUp for personal productivity and task management.

ClickUp automations are limited, it helps us to some extent but definitely, there is room to grow there for ClickUp.

ClickUp suits task management, project management, sprint planning, and collaboration well. We don't use other possibilities but could be used by other companies such as social media management, customer relationships management, etc. It is less appropriate than a database, as the possibility of using data from other tasks is limited. Which is an improvement potential for ClickUp.
