Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
1. ClickUp is been a helpful tool to assign task and manage production 2. We have been using from past 3 years and it helped us in increasing the efficiency and categories assignments. 3. It helps us to solve problems like time taken for individual assignments, Who is working on which files, When is the task completion date. 4. It helps to automate task features like auto status change as required and auto due date addition when priority changes bases in the task complexity. 5. It helps us to manage and categories on the basis on month, weeks and days which is called spaces.
- It helps us to make board and list basis on each team and tasks
- It helps us to automate most of the options like due date, complexities, priorities and time tracking
- It helps us to manage time and give us enough free time like auto pilot mode
- One automation feature is required where the due date needs to be reset if we put the status on "yet to start. "
- Close status needs to more than one, currently we cant add more than one close status
- It helped us in saving time for assigning tasks
- Its helped us in achieving task goals efficiently by reducing time taken for assigning it individually
1. ClickUp helped us a lot in time management, where we were putting hrs. of efforts for assigning tasks. ClickUp now does it in just few minutes 2. Importing data from sheet helped us to put all the data together in just one dingle space. 3. Helped a lot in communicating with internal team members.
1. Slack integration helped us in uploading files efficiently on clickup without opening it on the web or desktop app
2. Integration with sheet as well help us to put all data together including the achieve data which is not required
3. Automation of manual work like adding columns, tracking basis on priority, adding and removing due date helped us a lot in managing time and increase collaboration
