Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
ClickUp has helped our teams effectively manage our projects from start to finish. When we made the transition from Jira to ClickUp we had the opportunity to create templated tasks for our most common projects which makes us run them more efficiently now. I am also a big fan of using ClickUp to assist with resourcing and forecasting.
- Better visibility into resource bandwidth and availability.
- Visibility to forecast when we'll be busier or lighter.
- Tons of customization and automations.
- The ClickUp to Harvest integration could be improved by pulling the correct drop downs on the Harvest end.
- Increased collaboration and productivity
- Clear visibility/ single point of truth on projects = less confusion
ClickUp doesn't replace our need for meetings, but it is a great place to document meeting notes, next steps and track progress all in a singular place. ClickUp allows us to tag in all teams to follow along as needed on any project.
ClickUp has become the single point of truth for our projects. Any questions, historical info or tracking can be done all in one place
I was not part of the decision makers who chose ClickUp but I have familiarity with a slew of other pm softwares and ClickUp has so much more to offer.
