Project Management with great Customization
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We track tasks for Company Licensing Projects. ClickUp gives us the ability to have a folder for each customer, tasks for each state we are applying for licenses, and sub-tasks for each type of requirement for each state. ClickUp also allows for us to set different statuses for each task and sub-task.
Pros
- Project Management
- Status Tracking
- Teamwork
Cons
- Faster Loading Times
- Reduce Training Time of new team members. The simplicity of managing tasks and notes all in one place makes it much easier to train new staff on joining the team. I would estimate training times are cut in half.
It has primarily assisted with management oversight and taking over a team member's project management responsibilities when they are temporarily on vacation or have left the company permanently.
Our team members handle most projects independently, but occasionally someone will assist with a project and having the ability to see status of every team members projects is a great tool in those situations.
If we do implement using ClickUp as our CRM, we would also be able to easily collaborate in updating customer information as needed.

ClickUp has definitely eliminated many Excel Spreadsheets and Word Document Checklists. We still use OneNote to keep track of all notes in one place. This is a great tool to manage all overall notes for the company. We also still use Excel for very basic statuses of all projects. And we still use Outlook and Teams for communication. But we use ClickUp to keep detailed statuses of every part of a project.
