Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp as a task managment system, SOPS, time tracking system, and a CRM. It helps us to pass takss back and fortha dn store information about projects that we can refer back to.
Pros

- We were able to time track easier with more information on where our time was being spent.
- We can now onboard team members faster and more efficiently than before.
I can always see what the status of a project is, when the due date is, how much time it will take, and who it needs to be passed off to next all at a quick glance. This has been huge for our team communication since we are all remote.
We have cut out all other admin programs thanks to ClickUp's new features. We still keep payroll separate but use ClickUp for all SOPs, CRMs, project management, time tracking, and a decent amount of our team communication. It is especially helpful when it comes to creating forms where clietns can ask for revisions that show up directly into our ClickUp to do lists.
I personally think ClickUp has the best flexibility and user interface of any similar programs i have used.
