Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
My company uses ClickUp to manage our ticket queue. We also use it for training and onboarding purposes, as it houses training documents and modules. We use it to track our queues and essentially it's used in our every tasks, from the beginning of the life of a ticket where it gets created, to in progress, QA, and complete.
Pros
- Keeping history of tickets
- Letting you create a link for every ticket
- Personalization of comments
Cons
- Sometimes I receive email notifications of a comment, I would rather it send me to the general/main ticket instead of a URL to the comment on the ticket, which is its' own entity.
- Sometimes the pages are slow to load but that could be a connection/server issue?
- I have not been in this role for very long so I feel that I'm not best suited to answer this question. I will say that Clickup helps with productivity in the sense that you get concrete numbers shown on what has been completed or not.
ClickUp does well with managing tasks and housing documents that are needed from employees to complete their tasks. It's fairly easy to reference areas to go when you're stumped on a situation or task.
For this question I don't think I can answer confidently, as I have no history of how my team fared before ClickUp was implemented into the workflow.
I have no history or insight on what my team used before ClickUp was implemented.
