Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use ClickUp for my every day work at ADream Agency. It is a great system when it comes to project and company management. We are able to track time on all tasks, assign people to all the different tasks that need to be work on, schedule work, and cooperate with Clients within the system, giving them almost real-time access to all the data, including the hours spent on all tasks and work that was done so far. Additionally we were able to create an integration via API with an external tool that lets us monitor and manage all the financial aspects of the company, as well as evaluate the work of project managers and all of the employees working on specific projects. ClickUp is a great tool if you are looking to easily manage your projects and have a good overlook of the whole company.

Cons
- in-built employees holiday calendar (you can currently do a workaround by creating a dashboard that will do the job but it could be better)
- creating subfolders to folders, which is currently unavailable
- total tracked time sometimes gets lost when subtasks to the main tasks are closed
- faster project completion by allowing us to structurize our projects into folders with lists and tasks assigned to all project members
- enhanced communication by allowing us real-time communication between team members and even Clients, who are cooperating with us on ClickUp
- our general productivity at the company increased since the introduction of ClickUp as our work can be planned way ahead and we are able to easily monitor the progress of our projects and receive notifications on all the necessary actions to be made
Thanks to ClickUp we are able to communicate within the company way easier than before, especially between members of specific project teams, working on specific tasks in a given project. It allowed us to track all the progress and plan work ahead thanks to the notifications we are receiving almost in real-time on all the work done and the work to be done as well. Thanks to these functions we are always aware of what requires action on our side and lets us stay on top of the game at all times.
We were able to use multiple integrations with our ClickUp workspace, thanks to which the number of tools we have to take care of within our organization has decreased. We have integrated tools like Slack and Outlook into our workspace, thanks to which we save plenty of time daily. There is currently over 1000+ integrations available for ClickUp, so anyone can find the tools they need and integrate them with the system.
Out of all the listed products I have used when it comes to project/product management ClickUp has been the most intuitive when it comes to user interface and functions. New functions and further development takes place regularly and the company is listening to its community that is able to give them feedback and request changes/new functions. ClickUp offers almost limitless potential when it comes to integration with many different tools available on the market, allows easy in-built time tracking of all tasks, and structurizing the projects in an easy way by creating folders, tasks, and subtasks, and assigning them to every memeber of the project. Out of plenty systems that I have tested it has been top-notch so far!

Evaluating ClickUp and Competitors
Yes - We have replaced Asana (which is a different CRM system) with ClickUp, as it simply had much more limited capabilities compared to ClickUp, with less integrations, no time tracking (at the time we used it at least) and the interface was more difficult for our Clients to understand. We are able to finish tasks much faster after the swap.

The integration with other systems was the most important. We are a company that is constantly evolving and developing and we have used multiple tools that we needed to integrate with the system we are using daily for project and task management, as well as cooperation with our Clients. ClickUp does the job perfectly!
I don't really think we would change anything as the transition went very smoothly and ClickUp seems to be a perfect choice for our organization.
