We have been able to work much more efficiently on ClickUp.
We no longer have messages lost throughout the day and on multiple tasks.
Tagging works well the notify specific people of updates, including the ability to watch projects you are not directly involved in.
It has helped us become better teams.

We use automations to help create projects.
While not using many in the grand scheme of it and especially in comparison to some other SMEs, it really helps us in creating concise projects, which all look the same.
Having projects look the same means employees won't get lost or confused when trying to navigate for old info. This is all down to the automations we use.
