It allows us to improve business process agility by managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while prioritizing them and setting timelines for each. It also enhances collaboration across our teams and gives us reports.
We built a landing page where other teams can submit requests to the marketing team. This page includes automations, so once a request is submitted, the requester receives an email confirming who is handling it and the expected completion time. When the request is completed, the platform automatically sends a follow-up notification indicating that it has been resolved.
