Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to keep our roadmap structured and on track. This way is easier for everyone to get updates and keep everything centralized and updated. We created multiple spaces on ClickUp that help us track everything: we have a space to track PTO and approvals, in this way we organize the time and availability of our team, and we use dashboards so we can track the requested days of the Fiscal Year and measure/address the availability for the remaining tasks. Also, we created a space for each department so we can track specific tasks there, and we have a representative for each department so they can track their team's tasks and priorities in an easier/structured way. We also use the whiteboard feature to brainstorm product ideas with our team and keep the tasks linked. This tool is useful for everyone to work in the same space. I find it so useful for those kinds of activities.
Also, the way that admins can structure visibility of each space is important and useful for the company; in this way, you can share visibility of dashboards with stakeholders, keep it up to date, and inform them of urgent matters of each project. The great thing is that ClickUp contains multiple features useful for everyone, and you can adapt them to your company.

Pros
- Tasks Tracking: Is perfect to track action items, people in charge, and priorities. You can also add multiple filters to each task, information, and comments, and add viewers so they can receive notifications each time the tasks have an update. And this works perfectly for everyone, if you prefer also can configure to receive the notifications by email, so you don't miss any information!
- My tasks section: This is my favorite section because it helps to keep you organized and on a daily basis is useful to be updated and on track with tasks/comments and information. You can also structure in a way that works best for you, by priorities, dates or any particular filter created for the tasks/activities. This section helps me daily, I usually start my day by reviewing this section, prioritizing the activities of the week, and keeping my assignments up to date. Also you can create your personal list of tasks so you can keep there notes/personal assignations/reminders, etc.
- Dashboards: I love this feature, it is perfect to structure information to show/present to stakeholders, and avoid the need to re-write all the information that is already added to a specific space. Useful for structuring information in a visual way.
Cons
- It would be useful to have a temporary chat in the whiteboards sections, this can improve communication in the brainstorming sessions, sometimes people can not talk in specific moments or avoid interrupting other people who are talking during calls.
- It would also be useful to have folders inside the documents so you can structure all the documentation and find it in an easier way.
- The archive/deleted documents/spaces should be easier to find.
- Standardizing workflows saves 2-3 hours of manual adming per person per week.
- Clearer dependencies increased 20% project completion speed.
- Reduce risk of project failure/errors as all the information is centralized.
Adopting ClickUp has transformed our company's collaboration into a unified, transparent ecosystem. Centralizing the communication has effectively eliminated miscommunication that previously slowed down our projects. Centralizing information as documents and team tasks has improved the communication and the deliveries needed for our projects. Features like Whiteboards have reduced our reliance on status meetings by 25%. Friction between departments has been reduced and helps as hands-off between departments and ensures that projects no longer stall in crowded emails.
Operational velocity as well is being improved thanks to this application.

We added an instant message automated in ClickUp tasks that helps remind the assignee to complete the tasks or inform if any issues/delays has been occured before the task is overdue so the team can help and avoid any delay or misunderstanding of tasks. Instead of hunting for updates across Slack and email, every project stage is visualized in a single source of truth. This has reduced internal status inquiries by approximately 30%. Ultimately, this simplification has led to a 15% faster project lifecycle. We no longer lose time to administrative friction, ensuring that our team’s energy is spent entirely on high-value execution rather than process maintenance.
ClickUp is more visual and user-friendly, and also has the best customer service and webinars. The attention to clients is a huge differentiation between tools. The webinars are my favorite thing as they provide information, feature updates, and free templates.
